Joane McLeod joined the Links family as a Business Analyst in November of 2013, bringing over 12 years of operations consulting experience from a Big Six firm. Joane has performed dozens of IT and Software Evaluations, Selection and Implementation Oversight projects. She partnered with clients to facilitate Business Process Improvement Reviews involving BPI training, re-design and process change implementation. Previous employment included the administration of the newly-formed IDOT Center of Excellence to bring BPI methodologies to the State of Illinois. Joane also worked with an environmental and food safety consulting firm to perform FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF, and IFS audit preparation consulting, including Process mapping, Internal Audit standards, HACCP plans and documentation to meet the latest GFSI requirements and also assisted with Gap Analysis reviews for OSHA standards and for security.
Joane has her Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University-Bozeman. She believes strongly in public service and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children's Advocacy Center as well as several other village and political committees. She achieved Gold Level Certification as a Girl Scout. Spending time with her large family provides her greatest satisfaction, and she often finds herself cooking dinners for 20 or more.
