• Test Prep/Planning
  • Provide guidance to release, project, and GBP teams for QA best practices and process expectations.
  • Plan, communicate, and drive release-wide tasks and milestones related to test planning.
  • Plan & facilitate weekly cross functional test planning meetings with Business Units and IT Teams.
  • Plan, communicate, drive cross-functional test data dependencies.
  • Develop Release Level Test Plan & QA Strategy documents.
  • Review project level test strategies and plans to ensure alignment with release standards.
  • Present ERMO QA information at release level meetings (CC, EC, Checkpoints, Readiness Reviews)
  • Plan & facilitate release level test kick-off.
  • Represent ERMO QA at weekly release status and RL-CAB (change request) meetings.
  • Report weekly release level status ERMO QA deliverables.
  • Facilitate pre-test "audit" to assess test readiness.
  • Determine requirements for and coordinate release level metrics package
  • Test Execution
  • Facilitate meetings to review test issues/blocks/defects (daily if necessary)
  • Plan & facilitate test Checkpoint meetings
  • Develop Content & present Readiness meetings
  • Develop content & present at final steering committee meeting
  • Represent ERMO QA at weekly release meetings
  • Report weekly release level status on test issues/risks/progress
  • POC for cross functional test issues
  • Represent ERMO QA at weekly RILL-CAB meetings
  • Plan & facilitate BAB meetings for TCC only
  • Assist flows to ensure test data creation and processing is completed
